Ok so I know that I want a dress that is a sheath, it can be either empire waist or natural (I think that I look ok in either one). I went looking for a dress today and found the perfect one and its CHEAP!!!! Yeah it will require a few alterations and I want to add a blue ribbon for a "train".

Here is a picture of the dress...and it cost $99.00, YAY FOR CHEAP! Dress found and out of the way CHECK!
