For thirty years, the Weekend to Remember conference has been helping couples create the kind of memories that build a healthy marriage. Remember your marriage. Remember this weekend.

Weekend to Remember is a weekend marriage conference that teaches God's design for marriage and family. The environment is fun, non-threatening, and sometimes hilarious. And it's a wonderful time for couples to refresh good marriages or heal troubled ones. There are over 150 conferences in cities all across the U.S. each year. Registration is open to individuals, couples, or groups. Whether you're engaged, newlywed, or remarried, enrich your marriage and begin a godly legacy for your family by attending a conference in a city near you. Or plan a memorable getaway to a destination of your choosing.


Conference Schedule
What you and your spouse will hear during the Weekend to Remember marriage conference is not just one couple’s opinion on marriage. Instead, it is the result of more than three decades of biblical research by a team of men and women who distilled what it takes to have a successful marriage and family. You will learn about timeless blueprints for marriage, commitment and communication, and about romance and resolving conflict.

7:30 - 8:30 pm - Why Marriages Fail,
Identify and understand the 5 threats to marriage.
• Difficult adjustments
• The world's pattern
• Inevitable difficulties

• Selfishness

8:30 - 8:45 pm Break

8:45 - 9:30 pm - Can We Talk? (Discuss factors that make communication difficult as well as tips on how to listen and express yourself well with your spouse during the weekend.)

9:30 - 9:50 pm - Application project.

8:30 - 9:20 am Unlocking the Mystery of Marriage Realize God's plan for marriage.
• Marriage is far more important than you may have thought.
• There is opposition to God's purposes for marriage.
• Recognize that your spouse is not your enemy.

9:20 - 9:35 am Break

9:35 - 10:25am From How to Wow Achieve God's plan for marriage by leaving, cleaving and becoming one flesh.

10:25 - 11:40 am Application project (for married couples)

11:40 - 12:30 pm What Every Marriage Needs, Discover how your marriage is dependent upon your own personal relationship with God.

12:30 - 2:00 pm Lunch break (lunch not provided)

2:00 - 3:05 pm We Fight Too, Conflict is common in all marriages. Recognize the goal of marriage is not to be conflict-free but to handle conflict correctly when it occurs.

3:50 - 4:45 pm Marriage After Dark, A satisfying sex life is the result of a satisfying marriage relationship. Uncover intimacy from God's perspective.

9:00-10:30 am Woman to Woman & Man to Man, God has given husbands and wives different roles. Spouses attend separate sessions to learn how God has defined their role in marriage.

10:30 - 11:15 pm Make it Personal application project.

11:15 - 12:00 pm How Marriages Thrive, Learn the three essential elements to a healthy marriage

12:00 - 12:30 pm Leaving a Legacy, Detect and implement your family's legacy.

12:30 pm Conference ends
